Talula: I'm impressed. I still ahven't hit 15,000 yeat. I have had to go back and forth between writing and typing. Typing is faster but writing it out long hand more organic. HAve fun!!

Talula: THANKS! HOw are you? My weekend was ok. didn't write much SUnday was overloaded with papers to grade from work. I HATE GRADING PAPERS! Such a waste of time.. not like they learn anything ugg.. Still pugging away at NANO though. HAAAAAAAA something worth while :)

talula_rouge: thanks! Good luck to you! I'm now at 3207 words. I'm stopping the typing for the moment and going back to handwriting for a while. The ole eyes need a break from teh flicker and flutter of computer screens. I wish I had Dragon naturally Speaking so I could just talk and let the computer type for meLOL

I've been out of commision!

  • Day: Sunday
  • Word Count: 34,048 (thanks Neo!)
  • Mood: Back in action!

I hurt my back -- owie!   And haven't been able to sit at my desktop computer for long stints.  I took my Alphasmart Neo to bed with me (kinky, yes?) and was able to write.  But it probably doesn't make any sense.  LOL!  Oh well, at least I was productive while I was hurting.  Meanwhile, I had to work EVERY single day this week (including today -- Sunday).  So not a happy camper am I.

Hope everyone is doing great on the NaNo stuff!  I'll be glad when it's done to be honest!  I hope I can edit this story into something salvageable... or better yet... sellable!

Gah Cherry - 34k words? I can't even type out the three 0s after that (I had to use the k). That's a lot of words. Very impressive! I can't wait to read your story - please let us know when it's sold so we can rush out to buy it with greedy little claws and beady little eyes and snarly drooling ... wait. Maybe that's just me. Big, sloppy kisses to you and your 34k.
